Standard Terms & Conditions

1. The person named on the booking form (who must be over 21) will be solely responsible for all parties that attend during his/her occupation.
2. A deposit of £50 is required to reserve the caravan. This will automatically be deducted from the total outstanding balance. The deposit will be forfeited should you cancel.
3. All outstanding balances must be paid in full 42 days prior to the start of your holiday. If a booking is made within 42 days of the start of your holiday, then payment must be made in full at the time of the booking.
4. Failure to pay the full cost of your holiday by the balance due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without any refund.
5. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please telephone 02920 611000.
6. In accordance with site rules, we cannot accept bookings for groups of young people of mixed or single sex under the age of 21 years or single sex parties of any age.
7. The caravan will be available from 3pm on your arrival day. Please depart prior to 11am.
8. You the hirer are responsible for the care of the caravan and undertake to replace any items broken or damaged during your occupation. All items of inventory may be purchased from Kiln Park Stores at the Main Reception.
9. The caravan will be thoroughly cleaned between holidays but as only a limited period is available for cleaning we ask you to leave the caravan and its contents clean and tidy please.
10. If we have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the hirer will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. This will not include compensation or consequential loss.
11. We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party. Your belongings are your own risk.
12. All information provided is submitted in good faith but no warranties are made regarding any information provided.
13. We the owners and/or our representatives retain the right to enter our caravan at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the caravan or any equipment.
14. Privilege passes entitle you to full use of the Bradley Bear Club, T-Co & swimming pools plus all the entertainment facilities. They may be purchased either in advance or upon arrival from reception.
15. Any electrical equipment that is brought onto the premises is done so at your own risk.
16. The caravan must not exceed 8 people.
17. We operate a strict no smoking policy.
18. Sorry, no pets.
19. Noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum especially late at night by all occupants.
20. In the event of disruptive behaviour that is likely to cause offence the management team reserve the right to remove offenders without redress.
21.  Tents and motor caravans are permitted only on tenting fields and are not permitted between caravans.
22. Ball games are to be played on the designated areas and not between caravans.
23. No motorcycles, quad bikes or other such vehicles are allowed on the Park without the express written permission of the Park Manager.
24. Boats and trailers must be parked in areas designated by the Park and not next to caravans.
25. Repairs and maintenance of cars, boats or any other vehicle are not permitted on the Park.
26. Everyone using the entertainment complex must honour the Club Rules.
27. Litter must be disposed of in the bin compounds provided around the Park.
